In 2009, Emma decided to try International School teaching and she found a child-centred school In Bangkok where she spent the next four years teaching in Early Years and Primary School. In 2013, Emma moved to Budapest to take on the role of Early Years Teacher and Leader for Learning. The following year, Emma took on the leadership of the new Early Years unit.
