Calling all Educators! TeachMeet2 is another collaborative event with speakers from Bahrain’s Outstanding International Schools. This will once again be hosted at Nadeen School in our new Dilmunia Campus.

The event will begin with Main Stage speeches from Dr. Paul Walton, Nicola Matthews, Simon Watson, and Stephanie Andronikos.

During the event, you will have time to attend two workshops and you will receive a sign-up form for these once we have a full participant list. Based on popular feedback, the workshops will run for longer sessions with more time to transition and speak to colleagues in between.

This event will focus on Teaching and Learning strategies for learners of all ages. There will be workshops spanning important Educational Philosophy concepts such as Growth Mindset, Metacognition, and Integrating Student Cultures into Classroom Practice. In addition, this TeachMeet will shine a spotlight on Technology for Learning with over half of the workshops having a technology focus. Based on feedback, TeachMeet2 will also include a Google Educator workshop delivered in Arabic.

To end the event, we will have opportunities to collaborate through discussions based on the workshops from the evening. You will have time to visit additional workshop practitioners to hear about their workshop content while networking and enjoying snacks together.
